Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Ascension Enterprise and your use of our services. Throughout these terms and conditions, Ascension Enterprise may be referred to as "we", "us", or "our".
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing or using the services provided by Ascension Enterprise, you agree to keep these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not have access to our services.
2. Services
2.1 Ascension Enterprise provides mentoring, coaching, counselling, training, courses and fellowship meetings. The provision of these services may vary between online (Through the use of Zoom) or in-person.
2.2 In order to use our online services you are required to show your face throughout your session through the use of your camera.
2.3 These services are subject to change or termination at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
3.1 In order to access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
3.2 You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Initial Consultation
4.1 We require an initial consultation to determine whether the service we provide is suitable for your needs. You will be notified whether your consultation will take place via Zoom or a telephone call.
5. Cancellations
5.1 If you arrive later than ten minutes to your session, training or course we have the right to cancel and/or reschedule your booking.
5.2 You have the right to cancel and/or reschedule up to 12 hours before your booking.
5.3 We have the right to reschedule your session if the time and/or day is no longer suitable for us.
6. Refunds
6.1 You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days before the use of our paid services.
6.2 You are entitled to a partial refund within 14 days if you have already begun use of our paid services.
7. Privacy
7.1 Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs our collection and use of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content included in our services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Ascension Enterprise or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 In no event shall Ascension Enterprise be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services;
any conduct or content of any third party on our services; or
unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes
11.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
